We got a puppy and kitten within 2 days of each other when we first moved to town back in December. The Big Lake Vet has always been a great fit for us. The staff is always attentive and friendly. They always are able to get us in when it works for us. We also fostered for awhile and had 2 puppies with parvo that lived in our house, when I found out I panicked and instantly called the Vet, they had me in for an appointment within 2 hours. Dr Kristi McAlpin is AMAZING! I have a very anxious dog, and all the staff were very gentle and understanding! I love this place, and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Customer service is outstanding everyone there at Biglake vet clinic and hospital is there to help you and your animal have the best experience veterinary care can offer . They go out of their way with excellent customer service and the best veterinarians in the area . The only place my animals ago and they love it
love LOVE Dr Kristi McAlpin and the staff! They're so wonderful to my furkids! (And I have special needs ones they are so patient with!) Kristi has taught me the need for preventative care that has benefited us all. The St Michael location is great too! I would highly recommend them both!
