Earlier this month we needed to put down my husband’s dear patches cat. She was twenty plus years old and would talk to my husband. This was a very difficult decision for my husband to make. The staff at Big lake were so kind and caring. We were late due to a car accident in front of us on the way to the clinic. They were technically closed by the time we got there. They were patient and kind and let my husband have the time he needed to say good bye. They made a hard situation so much easier for our family. God bless your s... read more

We bring our cat here for his usual check ups. He needs a special food they order due to his bladder. Due to COVID we haven’t been able to bring him in simply because we have to carefully budget. My hours at work greatly decreased and money got really tight. I called to order our cat’s food and the receptionist was very nice and said she would on Friday when they place their order.
