Recommendedshout out to Big Lake they are a very caring clinic. I had my dogs teeth done. I got him in right away and was told all about the procedure and my options. My buddy came out like a trooper. The techs were professional and understand that my buddy is my family
I had a very rude Vet Tech today while I picked up my pet. I will not be back at Big Lake Veterinary Hospital. Initially I loved the closeness and the staff. However, as the saying goes one bad apple can ruin the bunch.
My fatty catty Marvin wasn't acting right the other morning. Called and they were able to squeeze him in between appointments. Thank you so much! He ended up having an infection in his mouth. Big Lake fixed him up good and scheduled another appointment to remove the bad tooth. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this clinic!
we had an emergency with our dog this morning & they couldn't "fit him in" until 3:40!!!! We took him to Pet Companions in Buffalo & they got Oliver in IMMEDIATELY!!
They vilified me for having my dog debarked and gave me grief about not having an expensive xray and surgery for my dog's knee injury, even though it was the sort of thing that would heal on it's own.
They have reasonable prices. They treat the animals good, plus they have a very kind staff that works there. There Awesome....
wonderful...amazing staff..professional...quick... and inexpensive... all the way around was a great 1st time experience...I'll definitely be back .. thank you for being so real and so kind to my boys... my life
