Worst customer service ever! Dispatcher female “manager” rudest ever. Talked over me didn’t let me speak a word every time and I do mean every time I talked she would interrupt absolutely horrible! I said multiple times I would not be available till after 12 and tech showed up 815 am and she blamed me for not being home. also there phone does not work must leave a message. I reported to AHS!
I used the company no issues, very professional and they fix my appliance with no issues. The office when I called was very helpful and they were very informative and very kind.
Very flexible with scheduling and was knowledgeable Helped diagnose the issue and even checked for other issues to prevent any future problems. Would recommend and use again
I typically don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for small businesses but if you see my pictures I need to. About two weeks ago when I reached out the woman who reached out to setup my appointment assumed I had them blocked. Maybe, just maybe she didn't hit 1 to dial out since my number is out of state. Now yesterday, a gentleman came to replace the gasket in my dryer. He did ask for a paper towel to clean up and I gave him two. He asked me to not touch it for at least two hours. I had a great Customer Service experience. Its unfortunate that my washer is still making a noise. In my case it's really not the representatives fault or tech, but the warranty and the company that established said warranty to make sure it benefits the company and not the customer. Remember that before arguing with the next representative that you speak to. They literally had nothing with writing the rules.
