They called and canceled the first appointment, and rescheduled for another day but instead of a 4 hour window to arrive, Mary said they would arrive anytime from 8Am to 6PM. This means for the second time with them, I have to sit at home and wait for them to come. I questioned this and why it was all day instead of a 4 hour window, “Mary” wouldn’t provide an answer and became very agitated with my question and then became argumentative and talked over me. Good quick service and friendly. Got my washer working.
They told me they were going to order a part. I called 2 weeks later. They said case was close. The lady answering the phone was rude and acted like I did not have an education. Yelling at me saying this is the protocol.. all I wanted to know when the part would come in. . If you are not in Houston and live somewhere 6 hrs away. Do not get this company.. I called my insurance I told them to send someone else out different company, they told me same thing about part, and the Insurance did covered it with a different company. ... read more

Juan was very professional and knowledgeable of our product. He fixed the problem and was on his way within a few minutes of arrival. We were worried that there would be an issue because of the location of the appliance
