I can’t believe LOWES has contracted this Company!!! Going on almost 2 Months, multiple visits, multiple parts ordered and my washer is NOT fixed. Filed a complaint with LOWES!!

I would rate this company with "0" stars. This was the worse experience I have ever had with regards to servicing an appliance. Ken, the technician created such drama, reported I did not allow him to evaluate the refrigerator when he was alone in the kitchen. When he finished, he called out my name, I went back in to the kitchen and he informed be that he would need to order the part. Charged $400 for a control board and did not clean off the sensor so the product still does not work. It makes noise like the machine is coming apart and does not dry. They refused to honor their work.

I have a leak coming from my stove, I called the gas company and they did say it coming from the stove but didn’t say exactly where, I called whirlpool and they referred me to this horrible, unprofessional, rude company who came out but because he couldn’t smell the gas he said I didn’t have a leak, he told me to call the gas company again and after call them back, he would keep the ticket open so I didn’t have to call whirlpool again, that was a lie.
