5 weeks to get the repair done and it broke down again. The repair guy didn't know what he was doing; untrained? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your appliance repair needs.
Got the warranty protection when I bought my washer and dryer at Home Depot. The first time the technician came he said the issue was fixed which it wasn’t. Called back again to schedule an appointment which was set but I was not available due to an emergency. Called the big country to try and reschedule the appointment but the customer service representative was very short and rude. Seems like every time I call they seem to be in a bad mood. I was very pleased with Israel he fixed my washer in 10 minutes. I had been without a washer over a month. Another company serviced and replaced the lid lock, main circuit board, capacitor and the motor. They finally gave up and said they couldn't fix it. Thank you Big Kountry Appliance for sending Israel he was great. Very pleased customer. The account is under my husband Jesus Perez.
Juan was amazing with the service completed 01/30/24 & had no issue with our home rules since we have kids we don’t wear shoes indoors. He was very respectful. He was in and out diagnosing the appliance issue and repairing within 5 minutes. 10/10 service and mannerisms.
Juan helped out today and worked hard solving my stove issue thank guys!
