Really bad experience! The lady is very rude Company can’t remove the microwave supposedly it’s in an inaccessible place where this microwave has been service before with another company with no problems at all!
First I scheduled with the warranty company for a 8-12 slot, they almost immediately after they called me directly and told me I have an 8-4 slot and would call the day before with a more accurate time. The day comes and they told me that they would be there 12-4. Day of appointment no call no show. So I called at 4 to see what's up and the office closed till Monday hopefully they don't observe presidents day or I'll have to wait for answers till Tuesday. Took a day off of work and now out money and no progress on my broken ... read more
The office staff was very nice and professional. My service man, Julio was amazing. He knew exactly what was wrong with my washer, got the part ordered and replaced very quickly. In and out, no muss no fuss.
Big Kountry Appliance Repair was great! Mary who processes the requests and Luis the technician were both excellent! I recommend them for appliance repair!
