RecommendedI was going back and forth with our home warranty 3 days with no water, Rescue Rooter tried to cheat my 77 yo dad into an $800 fix by asking him to pay $400 cash up front and he’d go do another job and come back 😐. They denied the claim saying we broke a pipe INSIDE the wall. In comes Big John’s Plumbing to the rescue. 2 hrs later, new shower plumbing, new fixtures only 30% of what the others were charging. Big John's Plumbing is awesome! My main drain was clogged and couldn't flush my toilets this morning. I called during work to see if he could meet me when I got home. He did better and came and fixed it before I got home without having to go in the house. Charged me a lot less than what I have paid before and gave me more than one payment option so that I would feel comfortable. Even offered to come pick up a check tomorrow. Very professional. Not to mention it was pouring rain when he got to my house.
Today big john came to my place to solve a leakage problem. He and his crew very efficient, fast and reasonable in price. I am glad I found a local person for all my plumbing needs in future. Thanks
