Big Johns is our plumber of choice. They came out to fix a toilet leak a few days ago (works perfectly) and then we called again late at night because we had a huge clog problem in our sink/washing machine with dirty water everywhere..unrelated to the toilet thank goodness. I haven’t had the pleasure to work with Big John’s yet , because they actually referred me to their competition when they were unable to get to our gas leak repair quickly. And this was after the man on the phone (Big John himself?) explained to me exactly what would be required for the repair. Now, I’m an old property manager and I happened to have worked at the gas company in another city, so I know when tradesmen are being straight with me. I will recommend Big John’s just based on their knowledge and integrity. Wow!
