Absolute favorite place to shop in Seattle. Love the selection of EVERYTHING, especially the amazing pastas and several kinds of Denominazione d' Origine Protetta San Marzano tomatoes.
This is a hidden treasure! My one stop shop for so many hard to find gourmet items: Spices, pasta, capers, olives, cheeses. I love the ambiance, it has the "real deal feel" of being allowed to roam through a restaurant wholesale supply. PFI is about quality and old world authenticity, rather than glitz.
We love everything and everyone connected to this wonderful store. They have or can order what you need. It's like having"The Old Country" right here in Seattle.
