Big Joe’s Roofing did an awesome job. They were professional, showed up on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. The roof looks great and the quality of their work really shows. Joe and his guys took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood what was being done. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, I highly recommend them!
Gladly took money for repair, then had to return multiple times to fix leaks and incomplete work, then got tired of helping and turned their frustration on me saying the roof was un-repairable and they won’t return without a large additional charge. Beware
Turns out they do not have enough people to service roof repairs. Called for an estimate 2 weeks ago and no one has shown up or called. So I called them back to see if and when they would show. The answer was I don't know when.....so from the property owners view.....not a vendor I will do business with.
Joe is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Roofing, his team provides a quality installation along with his office, giving A1 customer service
