They came in, snaked the floor drain, fixed what has been backing up for years at my parents house, Great job!
Emergency struck late tonight and an angel was sent our way! I called with the hopes of an answering machine and what I received was way more! John (I was so frazzled and I think that was his name, sorry), gave us his number and walked us through the fix with just looking at a couple pictures. He told me that he just couldn't charge us to come out when it was a couple dollar part. We were willing to pay his mortgage at this point to stop the water flow! Used big jims .. They came out to my home .. Was very slow ! Over priced could not get the job done ! Was rude and disrespectful . Sloppy at their work . Had to call another company put whom got it done in a timly manor . By far , it's the worst company around ! Do not use !!
