Jim saved me! It had been a few weeks of water hardly draining and snaking it ourselves. Him and my boyfriend had to dig in the yard and found an old trap/clean out and managed to find a 6 inch tree root and break through it! I'm so happy! Thank you so much!
This company SUCKS!!! Had them out on May 8 to unclog the drain and had to call them out again on May 31 to unclog the same drain. Charged me $130 the first time and $150 the second time. If you want it done right the first time DONT call Jim. This guy's a SCAM!!!
They were fast and professional! I would use them again, and would refer to a friend.
