Had a flat tire on a road trip, the guys from Big Horn came out aired it up enough to get to the shop, were they repair it. Knowing I was miles from home they could have charged me whatever they wanted but didn't you guys are awesome!!! Wish you were closer I'd by my next set of tires from you.
We had a bad u-joint, but only had 40 minutes before we needed to be back in the field. Concerned for our safety, Big Horn Tire jumped on the repair and got us back on the job. Excellent service! We will return! Thanks Big Horn!
Our brakes locked up on our way from Gillette to Sheridan. We pulled off to check them at a convenient store and realized Big Horn Tire was across the road. The nice man at the front counter got us right in and had one of his techs repair the brakes in a very quick amount of time. Both gentlemen were very professional and I can say it was the best service I have received in a very long time! We were just getting gas at the station across the street in Buffalo and noticed our tire was low. We went to Big Horn and they took our car in right away and got the tire replaced in about 20 minutes. We were so grateful for the service so we could continue our road trip through Wyoming. I highly recommend them! Great service and very trustworthy!
