I went in for a simple exam and was given a pregnancy test on top of it. I was unaware of the test until the bill came. Nobody asked or told me. It was an extra 40.00. I tried for months to talk to a manager about it. I was always told a manager would call me back. I never got called by anybody and they sent my bill to collections.
