I wish I could leave a no star review. Dr. Julie Fall did not explain anything to me about my child's diagnosis. Didn't explain anything about the medication and what symptoms I should look for. The office ladies were rude and very disrespectful. I will never go there again.
Does not pay employees on time curses and drinks alcohol on the job. If you are smart you would choose Alamo security instead. Ask for Allen.
This place turned my bill over to collections even though I have insurance that should have paid all of it. I called the walk in clinic's accounting department. They were rude and refused to answer my questions. I paid the collection agency, but still wonder if there is something hinky about the accounting at this business.
I wish you could leave a no star review! Receptionists are the worse in town! Maybe they think they can treat people like crap because they are the only pediatric place in Gillette! And then you call to make an appointment and get told, call back tomorrow morning at 8 am we want to make it fair for everyone! WHAT A JOKE!!!! FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. *smh* 2 doctors out on leave, should have tried to find back ups. Very disappointed in the Big Horn Pediatric staff!!!! I wish Dr. Ammari would come back. I miss her.
I had a family member absolutely disrespected and bullied. After filing a complaint, they then in turn received a dismissal letter as a patient not only for themselves, but for "any of their family" when the other family members had no involvement before, during, or after with any of the medical staff at the Walk In Clinic. I guess this office can punish all of your family members if you dare file a complaint against them for simply being related.
The office receptionists are a joke, the falls are amazing healthcare professionals but all of the problems I've had with in dealing with the office we're enough to drive us to go to a family doctor.they are ridiculousand I feel sorry for the people in the future that they are rude to.
After initial skeptisism, have grown to feel that professional care is given to my brother. They try to engage clients and get them active. Thank them at every opportunity for thier going the extra effort every day.
Wonderful medical staff and understanding for an autistic child. Dr. Julie has been out children's doctors for over 11 years. She is the best.
Wish greater understanding would have been shown for me and my special needs child. Disappointed.
