Kenny Bruggman was the best rep from our initial contact through installation. If we had any issues arise, Kenny took care of them immediately. He is knowledgeable about the product, the costs are up front, and the return on investment will pay out in less than 8 years! We would have always been unclear of our electric needs and cost with our electric provider continually raising costs. Horrible customer service. We had our system installed in May after a couple of months going back and forth with their installers. It’s been a nightmare getting them to return phone calls or communicate about getting our system wrapped up the way we wanted it installed. It’s been “miscommunication after miscommunication” with this company. On two occasions the person they sent out to work on our system was clearly intoxicated. Very happy with my solar panels. There was some miscommunication in the beginning. But they took care of us in the end.

We had a great experience with Big Dog Solar. There are permits to be gotten, fees to be paid, scheduling etc and they took care of all of it. Caydan explained the process and happily answered the same questions repeatedly until we understood the financing. I would recommend Big Dog if you’re thinking of going solar.
