The Big Dipper Creamery family has been in the ice cream industry for three generations, opening our first ice cream shop in Sarasota, Florida in 1990. In 2003, we built Big Dipper Creamery in Blaine, Minnesota emphasizing our commitment to handcrafted, quality ice cream by using fresh, local farmer's natural cream. I went with my kids a couple weeks ago, and we LOVED their ice cream!! We have been back twice since! (I went a fourth time by myself...had to have a Butter Brickle cone after grocery shopping;)
