In 2003, we built Big Dipper Creamery in Blaine, Minnesota emphasizing our commitment to handcrafted, quality ice cream by using fresh, local farmer's natural cream. Very friendly help, and free tastes. All ice cream is homemade. 40 flavors, I think. Nice little shop. First time here I'd definitely come back.
