I went in on 8/26 and ordered $30. The girl helping me named Faith overcharged me with a cheeseburger but corrected the mistake. I left to go home to find out she gave me the completely wrong burger and overcharged me for that as well. When I returned back to the store I told her this was not the burger I ordered She took the package and re-ordered my burger. I asked for my money back. I was told “no” that’s not our policy. Me and My cousin and some of his friends that I know from playing Xbox with them came here after the free day at the Zoo. Mannnn was the food good it’s not too expensive and it fills you up. I ordered a cheeseburger plain w. Fries and a soda it was all great. My cousin ordered the same thing and his friends got the big deal burger combo which they both loved! 10/10 best "fast food" place in the state. Friendly staff, great food, and you get what you pay for and then some. I've been recommending big deal over any other burger/custard place for almost a year now and they have yet to let me down!
