I am saddened to say the quality of the broiled jumbo shrimp today was nothing short of rubbery, and room temperature after waiting for 20 mins during a slow period for the restaurant, after conferring with our waitress and the cashier to find a manager to report the unedible food to, we were told there was no manager on duty at that time it was shift change and no one was there to take the complaint and no idea where he was.
