Heard nothing but GREAT THINGS about this company. ..getting my carpets done soon
They always do such a good job , always on time and my carpets look amazing after there done.
Made appointment. I was told I would be emailed confirmation. Never received email. Also comment made that was not appropriate and had nothing to do with carpet cleaning.
We bought a Groupon deal for services from Big Daddy. We made an appointment with Big Daddy for Friday, March 21 at 9 am and they never showed up. We have called numerous times since with no response. We have been totally shafted by these people and I recommend them to nobody.
I had my boss' carpet cleaned a few weeks ago by this company. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. The woman did far more than what she had to. I only had a Groupon for $55(ish) but I honestly think the job she did was worth well over $150 more. She was very pleasant and gave helpful tips to remove stains in the future and prevent wear of the carpet in general. The carpet in the living room and my boss' kid's room had many stains and all but one was removed (that one looks like a bleach stain so it wasn't coming out of the carpet anyway)... read more
