the beef brisket was excellent.
We ordered take out yesterday for my moms birthday and the customer service was horrible. That lady should not have been working yesterday, she was very rude and short with us for no reason. Also, our brisket was nothing but fat. No meat. On a side note, the sausage was good and so was the pulled pork. I am not sure that we will be back again.
AMAZING. We got the pig out and a full rack of babybacks and split it between 5 people and still had left overs.
Great southern BBQ far up north. Brisket was amazing and the Cowboy Sundae that my wife ate was equally amazing. DDD approved don't miss it while in Fairbanks!

Awesome food. Best collard greens ever......gorgeous brisket. Huge portions. I love this place so much we drove to Fairbanks twice from Southern BC Canada. Its definitely a great place to enjoy a good meal.

Best brisket sandwich I have had in a long time. The service is excellent. When we got there they just got done serving a bus load of people and another came in when we did. We still got our food in a timely manner and I wanted to come back for supper but we were too full. If I ever get back to Fairbanks, I will go there. Great bartenders!
