Very good! The brisket was tender with a nice bark on it. I tried all of the sauces and were all good but the spicy hot was my favorite!
I have lived in fairbanks for 5 years and have good and bad experiences at this restaurant. The last two times have been very poor. The food was all old and cold the last time. This time the service was poor, menu items were not available, the food was over cooked and burned. I wasn’t offered a better option and told they have very poor kitchen staff working. Excellent atmosphere and food
All meat choices were excellent!!
We had good service. We waited 52 minutes for the food that was cold and wasn't all there. It looked like they didn't care how it presented. I couldn't tell the difference between the brisket and the pulled pork, It was a disgrace and it was expensive for the size of the portions. We didn't eat.
We are visiting Alaska from Ohio and love to check out local dining spots versus chains and Bug Daddy’s came highly recommended by several locals - Bug Daddy’s did NOT disappoint. Great BBQ and atmosphere and would highly recommend to anyone local or visiting from anywhere
