I've worked with Big D floor coverings on several occasions. I am a reasonably small business compared to some of the folks that go in there, but that doesn't seem to matter to them. They treat me like a king! The big guy at the front desk seems like he has a hard candy shell on the exterior, but he actually has a soft chocolate center. He is such a nice guy! I love working with him! Oh, and he has an answers to every question I've ever asked. I love this place!
