Great for new service but the second something breaks, he is no where to be found. Made multiple appts after we had a breakage and he never showed for any of them. Had another company come and repair the issue and they couldn’t believe the poor quality of his work. Had everything redone.
We’ve used Big Chuck’s since we began living here (2016); we bought the house without knowing the sprinkler system was almost nonfunctional. Chuck’s company repaired the pipe in several places and restored it to great working order. He’s always been so nice and has since taken care of our sprinkler system maintenance.
