Big Chic of Jackson is a wonderful place. Just pull up and order at the window or call ahead. Darlene and her employees care about the customers and aim to please.
The quality has fallen over the years. When I was growing up Big chic was so good. Now they don't even have real catfish anymore. Too greasy, all the employees suck, and they treat their employees like dirt.
My husband ordered chicken sandwich and I ordered chicken fingers. His sandwich was so tough he could not eat it. My chicken fingers turned out to be a big piece of chicken that was mostly bone. Enjoy that money. Because you will never get any from us. Terrible!!���

Oh and some classes on how to work the public would help also.... so glad I ain't like I used to be... I would have told you about your damn selves !!!
