What a terrible place to eat! The customer service is beyond terrible. And on top of that, they served my office raw food and got upset when we returned the food with proof and asked for a refund! She, the owner's rude and nasty grand daughter, told us she would only refund for 3 of the chicken tenders instead of the full price. WTF??!! She stated because some of the other one was eaten. we ordered 2 catfish plates to go, and took them home to eat. when we got home, and sat down to eat, the cat fish was dry, and had been sitting under the heat lamp all day. it was $10.00 for each plate. that is more than I want to pay for dry fish. I will not go back, and I will not recommend Big Chick to anyone.

Good food at a reasonable price
I was served half done catfish, and wasnt even offered another option nor my money back. The manager for tonight told me that thats the way catfish supppse to look. The fish was light pink in the middle
The food is amazing and the sweet tea is Divine I could eat here every day! I do get a sweet tea everyday. Never get tired of it. I have been eating here since I was a teenager. Somethings are to good to change.
