Great food and service. Hardworking folks!
Best BBQ in SC, and by far the best customer service you can get! Yeah, it takes a little while to get food, but if you want fast food.....go to McDonalds! You want good food? Go here!
Ordered online... order was not ready when stated and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Spoke with a lady on the phone regarding the wait. Her response to us was that she had no control over how many other people were hungry at the same time that we were. Her response was just RUDE. On another note.... the food was great!!!!!
I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place. The food is absolutely amazing! So much flavor and so fresh! It’s unlike any other place I’ve been. The people who work there are simply incredible. I’ve had the owner great me a few times and check in our food and there’s never a complaint. Amazing service! Amazing food!
Let me clarify this situation: The wait was not the problem it was the rudeness in the response of the (I guess) the owner. Below are the events. No apologize is needed when you know how to explain situations. Customer service is horrible. Ordered online it stated it would be ready in 30 mins. 45mins later we were still waiting. Great customer service and even better food. I came up from Charleston for a training class and was craving some BBQ. Stumbled upon Big Bulls thanks to yelp and it did not disappoint. I’m already looking forward to another trip up here for some excellent food.
