Excellent BBQ and hash & rice.
My husband and I get Bigs Bulls BBQ often and we are satisfied everytime. there is sometimes a longer wait but when I go to pick up my food Big Bull or Mama Bull always smiles and let's me know how long I'll probably have to wait. never gotten any attitude or anything less than great service. I'm very patient person and im happy to wait for the delicious food I receive on every order.
RUDE RUDE RUDE. That pretty much sums it up for this place. The lady needs to take a break or let someone else run the front. She has no customer service skills. And judging by the other reviews she should rethink how she talks to people spending their money to support your business.

We went by this place today to make a first time order and the lady was rude AF!!! We asked can we taste the sauces before ordering because they are signatures sauces and their refund policy is INSANE (that should have been RED FLAG). The answer was no. That was not the problem. This issue was that she got an attitude b/c we asked. So we called back and asked could we get sauce on the side. The answer was yes but we would charged. I laugh at people who take things to far. This is case and point. I wasn't rude to you. You are angry because I can't do something you want. Covid doesn't allow us to give samples. You asked, I answered "No ma'am." Nothing more nothing less.
