WELL I GUES ITS BECAUSE I ASK THEM TO CHANGE MY OIL AND FILTER WITH MY OWN STUFF AND THEY REFUSE TO DO IT SAID IT WAS AGAINST THIER POLICY I GUESS THAT IS WHY I DONT LIVE IN CALIFORNIA ANY MORE
