The waitress is lucky I had my 14 yr old daughter with me she begged me not to make a scene , she yelled at me for being fat which I only weigh 225 and her belly looked bigger than mine. My daughter was being yelled at for wanting her steak medium-medium rare and rushed her and told her to make a decision. Awful awful service. Waitress was rude and spoke to us each like we were stupid. Mentioned to another table that she had to “deal” with our table. Yelled at my 3 year old for walking to his chair and is slow as ever. We tried to support local on our way home from out of town but obviously that was a mistake. We should’ve just went to KFC cause if you’re not a regular here, you’re not welcome or at least that’s how they make you feel.
Nick did the catering for my daughters wedding this June. We had never tasted their food before, but they came highly recommended from Shadybrook Acres. I have to admit-I was nervous! But I was so incredibly happy with the food and the professionalism of the staff. They were so accommodating with our budget also and designed a menu around what we wanted to spend. The roast beef was so tender! He even made the menu gluten free to accommodate several of our guests. I would highly recommend Nick and his staff! Excellent food!!
Poor customer service! My two sons went in there for lunch and a waitress snatched a hot sauce outta my sons hand, put it back in the condiment box. Then I attempted to contact a manager, who happened to be the owner that answered and he tried to compare the situation to a clean glass. There is a HUGE difference. We WILL never return to that place again! It is the duty of a waitress to clean condiments upon customers leaving every time, you don't snatch items outta paying customers hands! THANK YOU SO MUCH GUY AND NICK FOR PROVIDING FOOD FOR OUR CHRISTMAS DINNER AND PARTY SUNDAY !!!! YOU NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE US AND AS ALWAYS THE BEST FOOD EVER !!
Love eating here! Food is always good and the staff is always friendly. Been going here for years and will continue to!
