Excellent food, Pad Thai!Excellent customer service. They have dividers between the booths. We were celebrating our 3rd year anniversary of where we had our first date! We missed out last year due to Covid. We look forward to coming back!

The server placed my lunch in front of the wrong person. When I told her that it was for me, she tossed my dish to the person between me and the other person. The second person had to hand me my dish. There’s no need for rudeness like that.

Our family has been big fans of Big Bowl. Been going there pretty regular for the past ten years or even more. Food was always great. Except I noticed last two times. November and today. Food was not great at all. In November I thought it was my imagination. Ordered what I always ordered but it was not the same. But today it was confirmed. We could all hardly finish our meal.
