Love Love Love this place!!! We recently moved to Decatur & this is my favorite place to eat!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Friendly atmosphere & the waitresses are awesome. You gotta get the coconut pie for desert. �
Stopped here on a road trip, got into some conversation with the locals who gave us some advice on what to order. We had to try the smoke chicken with the white sauce, they actually go really well together. Their pork ribs were fall off the bone tender, the pulled pork was very average had better at other places. Their beef brisket was solid not the best, I had but pretty darn good. Undoubtedly the best pulled pork I’ve ever had in my life and killer sauces. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.
Everything was delicious... that's all I thought about after dining there...
Disappointed, form Ky drove hr off route meat dry, chicken cold, shake and bake ribs, stew was so stringy, coe slaw was different, baked beans bush beans with green peppers, potato salad blan coconut pie no flavor, waitresses fighting over lunch and cashing pay checks well the sweet tea was good.
Went here for the first time with big expectations. Nearly every Barbecue special I have seen on TV mentions Big Bob Gibson’s. But it was average, that’s it. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing special at all. Nothing that makes me want to go back. My 2 cents.
The ribs were perfect! Also enjoyed the brisket! We'll be back!
