Excellent communication and service!
It was our first visit and service with this dealership. We had an appointment time of 8am, and they did not even start on our truck until 2pm. Also tried to call for follow up info on the service and no one took my call. I left a message and my phone number but never heard back from Big Bend Chevrolet! During the service a problem with my truck was identified. I asked them to send a quote to me to repair the problem but never heard anything from them. Very poor service in my opinion!
