5 stars for honest assessment on my 2005 Honda Pilot. I've never felt pushed to perform a service related to general maintenance (e.g. 50K mile check) that didn't need it.
I stopped by the other day because I couldn't handle the heat anymore. My air had just stopped working. They got me in right away even though they were pretty booked. They got my air working. I'm so very happy.
I had my first visit at Big Bend Auto Center to get an emissions test for my F150. From start to finish, I was impressed. The garage is well organized and clean. The staff is professional and customer oriented. And the waiting room is inviting and comfortable. Yes I was impressed!
These guys are like family -- been using them to service my cars for 40 years. Yet, that doesn't mean you won't get great service if you're a newbee... They know cars, have resources for when they need, are open early with a great staff. Tom answered the phone promptly when I called on Wed for an appointment. Tom didn't hurry me off the phone and told me to come in on Friday, because Thursday was pretty full. He greeted me by name when on arrived; offered to call me with an estimate.
