RecommendedIf I could rate 10 stars I would, Big Bend saved my day. I am from out of country and got a puncture in my tire. Three other places refused to fix it, but thankfully Big Bend Auto was recommended to me and I wish I had gone there first. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and were able to repair the puncture in a safe and efficient way. If I ever have any more car trouble while I'm in St. Louis I will go straight to Big Bend Auto and recommend everyone do the same.
I've used them for twenty or more years. They are excellent. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Good to have in our neighborhood.
These guys are the best. The service is excellent, workers are friendly and knowledgeable and have walked me through every step and issue my car has had. When they thought I could get a better price for repair somewhere else, they told me. I won't take my car anywhere else.
Excellent customer service and car care. Technicians went above and beyond to diagnose and service my vehicle. They provided me transpiration back to my house when my vehicle was being repaired. As always, the service was prompt, done professionally and exactly what I asked for. In this case, the repair took less time than expected and the cost was reduced accordingly. I highly recommend Big Bend Auto. I have used them for several years for routine maintenance and inspections and have always been completely satisfied with their services. Oil changes, as well as routine maintenance checks etc. They know what they are doing when it comes to car repairs and maintenance, as well as excellent customer service.
