Great service,friendly staff & very reliable. I have been using their shop for 22 years & will continue to do so. I drive past many other options but find them to be trustworthy & they will continue to be my go to mechanic.

Big Bend Auto has always been, and even with a new owner, they still are the best place to go to get work done on your vehicle. They are friendly, competent, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable, and accommodating. I fully trust them.
These guys are the greatest. They are always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Recently, when I was planning a trip, they stepped up, helped me with a few items. It was last minute because my plan to have a few things checked before leaving at retailer's service department fell through. I stopped in their shop in hopes they could help with changing a light bulb and adding fluids, and they helped me, saving my trip. I recommend you make them your go-to guys for your car repairs.
I called them last minute for an emissions test and they scheduled me right in with no problems. Unfortunately, I was swamped that day at work and was unable to return their phone calls until I came to pick up the car. They were still friendly and kind throughout the whole process! I will definitely be back!
My family takes all our cars here. They are incredibly courteous and professional and went out of the way to help me when my car battery died unexpectedly. We won't trust our vehicles to anyone else!
