If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is rude and condescending even going so far to have the owner call and yell over the phone. They have a warped reality where they are always right and could never do any wrong. They will always sit on their high horse even when they are at fault and take no accountability. Big Bear complains they are “so overwhelmed” with all their properties yet do no actual upkeep on their apartments or care about their tenants concerns.
