My family loved the cabin. Unfortunately we went there to spend time with my mom as she was put on hospice care and shes been wanting to stay in a cabin in the woods for such a long time beung shes from Wisconsin. Although she didnt get out much she enjoyed the snowfall from the glass screen. The was so nice and cozy next to the fireplace. Acosta Cabin was where we were and we loved everything down to the little elephant they made out of the hand towels in the bathroom. We will definitely be coming back next year. Made reservations online, put in credit information and figured my card wouldn't be charged until I had reviewed and signed contract. Once I received the contract it stated check in time was 4pm!! A responsible company would show you terms and conditions and allow you to sign a rental agreement before charging your card. I asked for a refund or earlier check in and they aren't able to accommodate us. Poor customer service and deceiving booking strategies. Terrible customer service. Tattered rough towels and electrical problems existed on the cabin. Nothing was offered about the electricity that went out but they offered to bring out new towels.
