I needed a tow my car to the mechanic. Gave BigBass a call and the girl or dispatcher was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a time of an hour. But called back in 10 MIN and said they could pick it up 20. The driver was very professional and made sure my care was securred and safe. I would wreck amend this company HIGHLY...! I have never had such great customer service from a towing company before. We set up a time for the tow truck driver to meet us. The dispatcher called us to let us know when the driver was ten minutes away so we could meet him where the car was. The driver was there PROMPTLY at the time we requested (I was a few minutes late). When I arrived the driver was very friendly and immediately stuck out his hand and told me his name was Tory.
