Motor died on parents van and needed a tow. Michael Taylor showed up relatively soon and was very helpful. He told us that many insurance policies have tow coverage and would reimburse the cost of the tow. Sure enough, their insurance covered it. Thanks for the tow and the tip! Highly recommend.
I do not recommend this company, we were wrongfully towed, and when I discovered the next morning that our car was gone I immediately called the police department, and they told me where it was. Then, I call. Their dispatcher was incompetent, and she had a shitty attitude the whole time. We asked her if we could access our car to get out our insurance card (to prove the car was ours) and she said no. Fine, we'll go another route. This company is scum, I watched them tow a guys car from in front of a closed business. They charged the guy like 200. bucks when he came out of the place next door, just to put his car down. If you need a tow call a honest company. Leave these thieves alone.
A driver lost control of her car and overturned in the shrubs in our side yard. Big Bass turned the car over and got it out of our yard without any damage. We weren't even home at the time but our neighbors took pictures so we could see how they removed the car. We were definitely impressed with the care shown and lack of damage. Way to go guys!!!
My son wrecked our truck in Rockwall. We called Big Bass Towing and they were there before we got there. Driver was very nice, patient, helpful and willing to tow it wherever we wanted him to. I highly recommend them to anyone that asks me. I have used them on several occasions and will continue to use them.
My daugter was involed in an accident a few days ago in Garland and BIG BASS TOWING was called to the scene to tow her car. The driver showed up quickly and was very helpful! Big Bass Towing went above and beyond when it came to customer service! Would highly recomend this comapny and will use them again!

I had gotten into a wreck in garland and the police called out there own wrecker service. Big Bass came out there and helped me. The driver was very professinal very nice. They did an amazing job. I will use them in the future!!!!!
