Does the association not realize people are not working and our country is in shut down? We are in the middle of a Pandemic and many of us are dealing with life and death issues as well as managing personal financial uncertainties. As a community we must all be supportive of each other. Perhaps BBLCA should postpone the annual pump-out requirements and fines until the current covid-19 situation has calmed down.

I appreciate the importance of properly maintaining our septic systems however I think a May 30th deadline is insensitive to what many of us community members are going through. I personally am following the guideline put forth by the NJ Governor & PA Governor. I think this should be either be postponed to the fall or even next year.

Dues are too high for what we are offered. I sure hope that we will get a cut in dues since we are not able to use any facility.

After many of years of renting in Big Bass Lake I have decided to purchase a home. I am very excited but have a few questions. Can anyone recommend someone or a company that would plow my driveway? Who do you use for internet? Lastly, if I choose to do the carpet, can the old carpet be bagged and go into the compactor? Any help would be very appreciated.

Moved in here the middle of October. So far I am in love with the establishment. I feel safe living in my home and never worry about things that usually frighten me in regards to a home in the woods. I would recommend Big Bass to anyone looking to find a safe and beautiful place to live.

Not Kid friendly. The run the place like a communist county. Security really thinks they are cops. They fine you hundreds of dollars with out warning for anything they want and you can fight the fine and go to hearing and on those hearing days there are so many people fighting there fine and no one but them win. If you have children, grandchildren even a dog save yourself the aggravation and don’t come to this horrible place down the street is another one and they are great.
