I think that when you are paying for a car wash you should should be able to vacuum your car first if you chose to. It's ridiculous that you have a policy in place that one has to vacuum their vehicle out last! Will take my business elsewhere next time
It is so stupid that you have to go through the wash before vacuuming your car. If my windows, and car is full of soap from the prep station it should be obvious that I'm going through the wash. One of the main reasons I wash my own car at home. Never again!!!
I think they should build a big Ben in every city. I hate going north and have to deal with old car washes.
I love Big Bad Ben and think it's a great value for what you get, but today I had more harm done to my car than good when I visited. My front driver's side tire and tire valve got damaged which caused me to get a flat tire. But, one of the employee's, Sam, was super helpful and jumped off my car for me! Just a bad car day for me I guess.
TERRIBLE!!! We went to get my son's car washed here before we shipped it to the Marine base where he's stationed, and were horrified to notice the whole front bumper had been ripped off his car while in the car wash, but the kicker is that the manager, Bill Starner would not in ANY WAY offer any reparations for the damage, claiming the bumper had previous damage to it which caused it to come off in the car wash. Love it !!!! Especially the new feature with the hot wax ! I really love washing my car here ! It's the only place I wash my car
I love this car wash. There are a bunch of idiots posting about not being able to vacuum first. You do realize you have to pay before you get service. This is done so that people won't use the free vacuum and then drive off. Policies are in place for a reason. The world does not resolve around you.
