Please do not go take your car thru Big Bad Ben car wash if it’s not a newer model vehicle cause the manager said they are not responsible for anything from a older model vehicle..
I have always used this car wash. Went there last Thursday and it was the worst. The guy did not put tape on the back wiper and did not wash front like they usually do before sending you in the car wash. I think they did not change the code for the car wash that I got. I usually pay 17.00 and it just was not the same. Was very disappointed. Sorry
They will tear your car up and act like it's your fault. Tore all my wheel covers up and bent my rim. Watch out for your nice wheels.
They could improve by simply returning customers phone calls, especially when their equipment damages your vehicle. Poor Management!!!

Horrible, the brushes used to take sap and bugs off left scratched through my entire truck
Just went to the one in Walker. Paid 12.00 and don’t even think they used soap. I was looking forward to this one opening. Very disappointed!
Horrible. Soap all over my truck after I buy the best one they got. Had to re-wash it and was mad not my fault boys.
