The Brisket came highly recommended and it did not disappoint.....great tenderness, great bark, and great smoke.....will have to try some of the other meats next time.....
My wife has been telling me how good it is and finally took me. The best I've ever had will be back and telling all my friends.
I had the brisket. It was perfect. The meat was tender and had that unctuous quality that you always want from BBQ. What makes it perfect though is that when you bite into the meat, that’s the first thing you taste; the beef. The smoke, and the rub, and the sauces all complimented the brisket without overpowering it.
Tasty, tasty pastrami. Loved the turkey and the Korean BBQ sauce. A few great classic flavors and a few nice twists.
