I placed an order to be delivered at 11:45. I received an email that it would be here at 12:15. I called to explain that I am a teacher and if it doesn't arrive when I requested it, I will miss my entire lunch and I won't get to eat the food I paid for. I was told there were so many catering orders, that mine was not a priority, and they would get there when they could. It arrived at 12:30.
