I've had great wings from BA. But not tonight. I received the BA email with the "Cheers" promo code for 10% off online orders. While ordering our wings online, the promo code was declined - "invalid code". When I called BA, I was told that the manager said to call the "promo code site" about the problem. TERRIBLE RESPONSE. They should have accepted the order over the phone with the 10% off, and reported the problem to ChowNow themselves. BA missed out on our $30 order due to poor customer service.
