RecommendedAwesome food and awesome people
I’m not sure who does the hiring at the location, but the phone girl who’s sounds no older then 15-17 has zero customer service experience. We’re in the hospital for a serious injury and this was the first food option available to the patient after then haven’t eaten for 24 hours and she was extremely rude. Never took our phone number to call us when they were here, told us it was on the way when it wasn’t so we had to go down and be screened and metal detected 2 times before we even got our food. The food was good but the service was amazing. With a group full of kids they were nothing but welcoming. Will definitely return.
Big Apple Pizza never disappoints!! Their pizza is the BEST
Customer service is horrible, can’t seam to get an order right to save their lives... can’t order 30 minutes before closing for some reason...
