Destroyed my jewelry, then blamed the jeweler that made the item. Claimed that my items were fake. I later had the items verified as real by two separate jewelers, but they have no value now. Very rude on the phone. I can not recommend this organization.
I was ripped off by these people. I bought and electronic item for $175 that was broken and they only offered to buy it back for $30. I will never shop there again. They do not stand behind any of their merchandise, as evidenced by all of the "No refund" signs posted everywhere.
FAST payment for old gold and they paid way more than what local jeweler and pawn shop offered! I had payment deposited into my account - it took 3 days from sending my old gold to having the cash in my hand! Very happy with their service - highly recommend them if you need some money fast!
