I called in and was offered a Promo Code for an extra 6% on top of my transaction but when I brought my unwanted jewelry in, they said that the code was only good for their mail-in offer...I was pretty uptight as they should be more specific but regardless, thety still gave me ahigher payout price than any local jeweler.
