Went down to Big Apple on Dec 7, as I had a remote car starter that was not working. (It was not purchased through Big Apple, and I had no paperwork for it). I went in and spoke with Bill. He looked at my remote, did some research on the computer, then we went out to the vehicle. He did some magic to get the remote out of Valet mode, and she started right up with my remote. Never again will I go here. I bought a car kit for my buddy there and we ended up not needing it. I went to return the product that was totally sealed and he charged me 20% restocking fee for a product that was out of store for under 4 days. He then wrote me a check, when I paid it cash, and kept the sales tax on the product. To add insult to injury I called some other places in plattsburgh and needless to say big apple overcharged awful for the product. If I could give zero stars I would.
