Want to thank the staff for their service. Bought a car starter from them a couple of years back. The other day I go to use the starter and it did nothing. Changed the batteries in the remotes and still nothing. Went to the shop today and they pulled it in and found the problem. It was just in valet mode which was easily corrected. Horrible experience - had spray on bed liner installed, the "professionals" sprayed over the tied down mounting points thus will not be able to use tie downs. Bill and co workers did not take responsibilities for their actions, all they said was we should have told them tie downs would be used sometime. It is a truck. Never going to use this vendor again.
big Apple likes to call people lowlifes because they have to go to the DSs building I was told I was a lowlife because I was going to park in a parking space that no one parked in the whole time I was in there acted like someone was going to bring down the door so their place and they're going to need all these parking places so he threatened to call the cops on me and then called me a low life I would recommend no one shops here

I stopped into Big Apple because I had problems installing my new car radio and had broken my heater control in the process of attempting to do the installation myself. They did not judge me in anyway. The radio had not been purchased through them but they were happy to make an appointment for them to complete my attempt and to fix the heater controls and put everything back together.
